Procedure
1. Phase A: Fully dissolve PQ7 in glycerin, heat to 45-50 after taurate is added, and dissolve.
2. Phase B: Heat Shea Butter and Stearic Acid sufficiently, melt and mix, and put into Phase A.
3. Phase C: Add isethionate powder, fully knead and compress before drying.
