Procedure
1. Pre-mix Phase B until a slurry is formed. Add to Phase A and mix until fully dispersed.
2. Add Phase C one at a time and mix until homogenous.
3. Add Phase D and mix until homogenous.
4. Pre-mix Phase E and add to bulk. Mix until homogenous.
5. Add Phase F and mix until homogenous.
