Procedure
1. Combine Phase A and mix until fully dissolved.
2. Add Phase B and mix until homogenous.
3. Add Phase C one at a time and slowly mix until clear and homogenous.
4. Combine Phase D and mix until homogenous. Add to bulk and slowly mix until clear and homogenous.
5. Adjust pH using a citric acid solution to pH 5.5 - 6.5
