A big tree native to Australia and Tasmania, eucalyptus is also cultivated in terai region of Nepal. The leaves and oil are especially used in inhalation preparations. Additionally, eucalyptus is used as an effective natural insect repellant and antiseptic. It belongs to the Family Myrtaece.
