Supersurf Solumix PCO is an oil-soluble surfactant blend with an optimal ratio of anionic and nonionic surfactants. It provides excellent foaming ability in oil formulations and can emulsify high-content vegetable oils, making it suitable for rinse-off formulations with little or no water content.
