Procedure
1. Combine ingredients in Phase A and mix until homogenous.
2. Add Phase B and mix until clear and homogenous.
3. Add Phase C and mix until a thick translucent mixture is formed.
4. Add Phase D and mix until homogenous.
5. Pre-mix Phase E and mix until homogenous. Add to bulk and mix until a opaque white cream is formed.
6. Add Phase F and mix until homogenous.
7. Add Phase G one at a time and mix until homogenous.
8. Add Phase H and mix until homogenous.
9. Add Phase I and mix until homogenous.
10. Adjust pH using citric acid solution to pH 5.5 – 6.5

Procedure
1. Adjust pH of Water to pH less than 6.0.
2. Pre-mix Phase B until a slurry is formed. Add to water and mix until clear and homogenous.
3. Add Phase C and mix until homogenous.
4. Add Phase D and mix until clear and homogenous.
5. Add Phase E one at a time and mix until homogenous.
6. Add Phase F and mix until homogenous.
7. Add Phase G and mix until homogenous.
8. Add Phase E and mix until homogenous.
9. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.5 using citric acid solution.
